When to Plan a Trip to Turkey?

We would recommend  you Spring & Autumn. In spring the weather will be so nice not too cold or not too hot if you don't mind little rain in April. But for you to know this will be also a season where lots of popular destinations such as Ephesus which is located in the Aegean Region will be crowded. Than comes the autumn which after mid-September  the popular destinations such as Cappadocia will be less in crowds.

During November it will be quiet, may be little rain.

Is Visa Required?

How about Travel insurance?

One thing we would like to ask you is make sure you have Travel and Health insurance before you come to Turkey and also make sure that you tell your agent that you are traveling to Turkey.

Can I Use My Mobile Phone in Turkey?

Sure you can ,you need to activate the international roaming function of your mobile phone.There are companies in Turkey that have contract with most GSM operators around the world. Also in most of the places you go such as restaurants, hotels, cafes Wi-Fi is free too.

Do I Need an Adaptor?

In Turkey standart voltage is 220V/50h and European two-pin sockets are used, however some appliances no need a converter better you bring a plug adaptor and converter with you.

Is Water Safe to Drink?

We want you to make sure that you do not drink the tap water. Always prefer bottled of water not only outside but also in your hotel.

Can I Use Any Currency?

In Turkey currency is Turkish Lira but most of the places you can do your payments in Euros, Dollars or Pound.

How About Tipping?

In Turkey it is not common to add the tip when you pay with credit card, it is better to give the tip to the person directly and currency will be no problem just please do not use coins as it is hard to find a place to exchange them.

Do You Ask for a Deposit Payment?

Yes, please. This is also for to secure your resevation. It is % 20 of the total amount.
