Booking and Travel Insurance
Oak travel offers various travel services such as hotel reservations, tours, blue cruise arrangements, domestic, international and ferry reservations, private jet, helicopter and car rental services, as well as civil wedding and honeymoon organizations.
Oak travel team promises to provide the best service by answering all your problems 24/7. Our main principle is to provide the best possible service within the travel budgets of our guests. As Oak travel, we would like to state that our area of expertise is to provide luxury travel services.
Booking
Reservations can be made through different communication and payment channels. With travel packages, we can provide you with detailed documentation due to ever-changing markets and discreet wholesale prices for professionals.
We would like to remind you that all flight tickets are purchased when full payment is received. Our company is not responsible for air ticket price increases that will occur during this time. Therefore, it will be in your best interest to finalize the reservation as soon as possible.
Oak travel can offer prices in the currencies requested by our guests. Provides a page for the approved services or invoice statement that you have attached to the email order form.
The approved services form is the contract between Oak travel and you, our valued customer. It is recommended that you check all the services you have approved on the form and make sure that everything is clear. We assume that as soon as you receive your signed e-mail form, you fully agree to all the services mentioned.
Travel Insurance
According to Turkish law, every guest must have a valid travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase a travel insurance against medical and return costs from our country, loss of personal belongings, money or similar situations. If you would like us to provide this to you for a fee, you must notify us of this by e-mail at the time of booking. Oak Travel does not accept the liability of anyone who cannot be properly insured for their trip and the situations mentioned above. As Oak Travel, we strongly recommend that you purchase your insurance package from your country. Travel insurance can protect you further in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen events.
Dissatisfaction With A Service
It is important for you to have a nice holiday that you specify all your travel needs for services before making a full reservation. Please note that we will not do anything unless you warn us of a problem. Customers who complete the trips organized by Oak travel without being satisfied with a lack of service without notifying the Oak travel management during the trip cannot expect a refund. We can solve problems while our customers travel with us.
If You Have A Complaint
We aim to provide the best tour possible. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible with our tour operation team or guide. We will do everything reasonable to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation by You: If you wish to change your travel arrangement after confirmation and final booking, we will assist you as best we can. Changes to your vacation plan will be accepted prior to receipt of your final payment. Depending on the amount of work due to changes made, additional costs arising from the change may be added. Changes are considered cancellation if full payment has been received. And the following conditions apply.
- If you cancel your reservation for any reason regarding flights, you must give us a signed written cancellation notice of the person making the reservation.
- Please note that the services you do not use during your holiday will not be refunded.
- When you make a reservation, we request 50% of the total payment of your tour. Then, the remaining 50% of your payment is left, we request it 30 days before the start of your trip.
- We can refund the full deposit payment up to 40 days before your trip. During this period, the payment must be made in full.
- Up to 20 days before the trip, the tour fee can be refunded by deducting the cost of the domestic flights purchased for you.
- Cancellations made 10 days before the tour start date will not be refunded. A tour travel credit will be given for the upcoming period or years, deducting costs due to room or flight cancellations.
